Head of Operations
Brett heads up our operations function, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, and that our team is supported with the most powerful and efficient tools, processes and technology.
He has over 15 years experience in managing high value, global design programmes and large, cross-functional project teams, both corporate and agency-side.
Previous to Affinity, he set up and managed a new global design studio for Philip Morris International and spent four years in the leadership team at Lego’s Design Lab group in Denmark.
