Chris O’Rourke

Chief Operating Officer

Chris leads the Affinity presence in North America, overseeing growth, operations and all major client relationships.

He has over 25 year’s experience in leading New York-based global design businesses and in managing teams of up to 130 people. Prior to Affinity, he was COO of Thought Matter and Executive VP of Operations at Omnicom-owned Sterling Brands.

As a trusted advisor to many global organisations, Chris has directed numerous multi million-dollar brand and brand experience projects.

With qualifications from MIT and the Omnicom University, he is a keen and experienced thought leader and has spoken at several marketing and technology events. He also leads the New York Chapter of the Chief Operating Officer Business Forum.
