One of Scotland’s leading commercial property companies asked us to brand and launch the £70m redevelopment of a historic Glasgow building. Taking insights from a range of audiences including the local community, our strategy shifted focus away from the building’s illustrious history and towards its future as a premium office and retail space. A global fashion retail brand needed to increase brand awareness and sales in Europe. Over the course of two years, we redesigned key aspects of their stores to be more ‘human’ and engaging, without losing the brand’s characteristic minimalism.
