One of Scotland’s leading commercial property companies asked us to brand and launch the £70m redevelopment of a historic Glasgow building. Taking insights from a range of audiences including the local community, our strategy shifted focus away from the building’s illustrious history and towards its future as a premium office and retail space. Ernst and Young became the building’s primary tenant.

A global fashion retail brand needed to increase brand awareness and sales in Europe. Over the course of two years, we redesigned key aspects of their stores to be more ‘human’ and engaging, without losing the brand’s characteristic minimalism. In parallel, we ran a series of digital and in-store experiential campaigns that generated buzz and increased sales for new ranges.

A niche financial services firm providing efficiency and CRM advice to some of the world’s leading banks had grown rapidly. To fuel further growth and international expansion, it needed to win clients off the global consultancy firms. We evolved its brand, communications and client experience, enabling it to secure eight new clients and scale operations into North America.
