A dedicated relationship builder, Jo is a champion of the people, both externally and internally. She loves to challenge the status quo and believes that collaboration, courage and creative thinking are critical to bringing business vision and brands to life.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and commercial focus, she injects pace and efficiency into projects and works tirelessly to ensure the best outcomes possible.

Prior to Affinity, Jo held senior roles at a number of global design consultancies including Saffron, Pentagram, Interbrand and DesignStudio. She has led numerous brand and experience design projects, both nationally and globally.
