Gets stuff done. Loves the sea and making complex things simple

Kerry is an expert in the WHY, WHAT and HOW of building a corporate brand. She has a ‘can-do attitude’ and over 25 years’ experience in leading corporate marketing and communications programs.

Kerry spent a large chunk of her career at GSK, mostly in senior global marketing roles in the UK and US. As VP Corporate Reputation and Brand, she led the creation and embedding of the GSK brand globally and developed research tools to measure corporate reputation. She also initiated and led global strategic partnerships with the London 2012 Olympics, Save The Children, Comic Relief and McLaren.

Kerry is passionate about the critical role employees play in building a company brand and at GSK she ran internal engagement programs across GSK’s 100,000 strong workforce.

More recently, Kerry was appointed Interim Chief Communications Officer at McLaren Racing, providing strategic counsel to the CEO and Executive board on the proactive and reactive communications required to mitigate risk and build company reputation. She is also a board member of the University of West London and on the Advisory board for Campaign for Science and Engineering.
